In The Darfur War Crimes Test, a WSJ op-ed by Mia Farrow and Eric Reeves we are once again reminded that

Ahmed Haroun, and Ali Kushayb have yet to be extradite or even pursued by the government in Khartoum.

 

We are  reminded the ICC had no force to do so, they render the verdict, but it is The United Nations Security Council who need to act on this and they have  shown little interest in encouraging Sudan to comply just as they have allowed khartoum obstruct the authorized protection force, for the past nine months.
