UN relief coordinator Jan Egeland is due to arrive in Darfur Sunday in the first visit by a UN official to the region after the signing of a peace deal between Khartoum and rebel factions, the United Nations said.
"Mr Egeland will reiterate his call to the international community for more humanitarian assistance for Darfur," said Elkoussy.
