In a memo to the Joint Mediator, ENOUGH Co-Chair John Prendergast, Policy Advisor Omer Ismail, and Save Darfur Coalition President Jerry Fowler offer recommendations and note the critical need for the Joint Mediator to consult the people of Darfur, including internally displaced, refugee, and diaspora populations.
